Both include the Soberanía trail hike and the observation tower, but this tour skips the Gatún Lake boat trip to see monkeys — it’s a standalone rainforest day rather than a combined boat-and-trail experience. This tour also includes lunch, where the Monkey Island tours include snacks and drinks.
Soberanía is known for a wide range of birds, plus mammals and reptiles that live in the protected forest — sightings vary day to day since this is a wild, unmanaged habitat, not a controlled exhibit.
